The Rev. Lisa Graves, Rector

The Rev. Lisa Graves received her Masters in Divinity from the Virginia Theolgoical Seminary in Alexandria, VA and her B.S. in Communications from Stephens College in Columbia,MO.  An army brat, Lisa enjoyed a career in marketing and advertising before pursuing ordination.  She is married to the Rev. Chip Graves, also an Episcopal priest in Huntington (Trinity Episcopal) and has two daughters, Bella and Kat.  She also has two crazy dogs, Tyler and Kipper.

The Vestry

The vestry is the governing board in an episcopal church.  Vestry elections are held each year for three year terms.  The Sr. and Jr. Warden along with the Treasurer and Registrar comprise the officers of the Vestry Vestry meets every third
Thursday at 6:30 in the upstairs Library at St John's. The minutes from these meetings are available at the church office for any member of our church community.
